Dr. Ralf Hüting

 

Ralf Hüting was born in Wesel in 1961. He completed his legal education at the university of Bonn where he was awarded the doctor of laws degree in 1996 ("The Effects of Official Tolerance in Environmental Criminal Law"). He was admitted as lawyer in 1992.

He advises and represents private-sector companies as well as federal and state ministries, monitoring authorities, cities, local governments and associations.

The focus of his work is the public law where he concentrates on issues related to environmental, nature conservation, building, planning, local government and public procurement law. Mr. Hüting provides his expertise particularly on interdisciplinary legal projects such as the construction or modernization of industrial plants and the construction of infrastructure projects.
