Business Mediation

For companies, disputes may not only mean lengthy and cost-intensive court proceedings, which have an impact on public opinion, but also have lasting, adverse effects on existing contract and business relations. Through mediation at an early stage, conflicts can be settled quickly, economically, confidentially, and in a "relationship-friendly" way.

This also applies for cases of internal controversy in the company, for example within the management or between individual shareholders. The reasons for such conflicts are diverse. Especially in the context of company successions – in particular in family-run businesses – it is not unusual that disputes arise. The real interests of the involved parties behind these conflicts can often only be made subject of the discussion within the scope of mediation that has the aim of finding a lasting settlement of the dispute.
