We advise and represent civil servants comprehensively with respect to public service laws in matters related to the legal rights of civil servants, including the laws regarding representative bodies for civil servants.
But the focal point of our activities as lawyers is not limited to the issues concerning the appointment of civil servants and the termination of the civil servant status. We also use our experience to serve our clients and to answer their questions about remuneration and pension rights.
We also support our clients with respect to procedural and material law issues related to retirement. This is no less true for matters related to relocations, assignments, and transfers, such as those related to restructuring of administration or to the transition or personnel mediation of civil servants working for privatized companies formerly owned by the state, etc.
Furthermore, we support our clients during disputes related to promotions and during so-called competitor suits as well as in the legal evaluation of performance assessments. This includes legal representation before administration courts. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are thoroughly familiar with the court precedents found in decisions in the various states of this country; this aspect deserves special consideration because this area of law is affected by previous court decisions to an especially high degree.
