Carolin J. Klüpfel
Born in 1986 in Bamberg, Carolin J. Klüpfel, studied law in Munich, Leuven/Belgium and Göttingen. After research visits in Geneva, Brussels, Moscow and Washington, D.C., Mrs. Klüpfel did her legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Berlin, among others at the Department on the Affairs of the European Union (Chancellery of the Senate Berlin) and the Lawyers’ Mediation Board at the German Federal Bar Association.
Mrs. Carolin Klüpfel has specialised in construction law, all legal aspects related to architects and engineers and procurement law. Her clients are general contractors, developers, public authorities, medium-sized companies and planners. She is a certified lawyer for construction and architects law, lecturer for Construction Law at Hochschule Fresenius and Co-author „Juris PraxisReport Privates Baurecht“.
Before joining ZENK, Mrs. Klüpfel was a lawyer for several years and most recently partner in law firms focused on construction and renewable energy.
