Profile

Dr. Katharina Linke, born in Hamburg in 1994, studied law at the University of Greifswald, where she also completed an additional programme specialising in Legal English. She subsequently obtained her doctorate from the University of Greifswald, focusing on the legal concept of well-known trademarks from an interdisciplinary perspective. As part of her doctoral studies, she spent periods in Lisbon, Portugal, and Antalya, Turkey.

Dr. Katharina Linke completed her legal traineeship in Hamburg, including placements at the Third Civil Division of the Hanseatic Court of Appeals in Hamburg, at an international law firm specialising in intellectual property law, and at one of the world’s leading music companies in Munich.

Dr. Katharina Linke has been practising as a lawyer since 2021, with a particular focus on food law and intellectual property law. Prior to joining ZENK in 2026, she spent several years at a leading international law firm.
