Alexandra Manon Schütze studied German and French law at the Universities of Potsdam and Paris Nanterre, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2016 as well as a French Licence en droit. During her legal traineeship, she worked, among others, at the German Federation of the Food Industry (Lebensmittelverband Deutschland e.V.).
Since 2023, Alexandra Manon Schütze has been a lawyer at ZENK, focusing on commercial, corporate, and contract law. In the area of commercial compliance, she advises trading companies on distribution, commercial, and contractual matters, as well as general compliance risks. Her work currently includes guidance on regulatory requirements related to the use of artificial intelligence and IT and cybersecurity (e.g., AI Regulation, NIS-2 Directive). In addition, she is part of the “Food Deal Team” and advises on all aspects of ESG compliance, sustainability law, and supply chain law (e.g., LkSG, CSDDD, EUDR).
