Aryol Hermann, born in 1996, studied law at the University of Passau, specialising in corporate and capital market law as well as public commercial law.

He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg. During his legal studies, he worked as a research associate in commercial law firms.

Aryol Hermann has been a lawyer at ZENK since the beginning of 2025. He specialises in advising our clients on commercial and corporate law as well as M&A.
