Minh Riemann, LL.M. (Bristol)

Profile

Minh Riemann, born in Bielefeld, studied law in Freiburg and Madrid. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal and worked at ZENK during this time. After passing his second state examination, he completed a master’s degree at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Labor Law and Corporate Governance. He has been working as a lawyer since 2014 and has been a specialist lawyer for labor law since 2018. Before joining ZENK, Minh Riemann spent ten years as a lawyer at the Berlin office of a leading international law firm.  

Minh Riemann is Salary Partner and has been with ZENK since July 2025.

Minh Riemann specializes in litigation before labor and social courts and represents both employers and employees in legal disputes. He provides legal support to clients in dealing with all issues that arise in the course of day-to-day human resources work. In addition, he advises clients in all areas of collective labor law, particularly in connection with restructurings, operational changes, and social matters subject to co-determination.
