Born in Hamburg in 1983, Dr. Constantin Fahl studied law in Kiel and has been a lawer since 2012. Having worked for a medium-sized commercial law firm in Hamburg with a focus on private construction and architecture law for 8 years, most recently as a partner, he has been a specialist in construction and architectural law since 2017. Dr. Fahl joined ZENK in 2021.
Dr. Fahl is partner with ZENK.
He advises primarily on questions of private construction law, architectural and engineering law and commercial tenancy law pertaining to the drafting of contracts, the execution of projects and the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement or defense of claims.
