Victoria-Luise Vollstedt, born in Kiel, studied at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau and the University of Hamburg. After passing her First State Examination in law, she completed her legal clerkship at the public prosecutor’s office, the District Court of Lübeck, the City of Ahrensburg and at several medium-sized law firms in Hamburg, where she focused on civil law. She passed her Second State Examination in 2011. She further enhanced her practical expertise by completing a part-time Master’s program in Real Estate Law at the University of Münster, where she was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in spring 2020. Victoria-Luise Vollstedt has been a lawyer at ZENK since 2012 and has been a partner since 2020.

She practices in the field of real estate law, with a particular focus on advising and supporting real estate transactions as well as on property and tenancy law. In this context, she advises, among others, owners as well as asset and property managers on a project basis, in day-to-day business, and in court proceedings. Victoria-Luise Vollstedt has extensive experience in providing tenancy law advice – particularly in residential tenancy law – for refurbishment projects in existing properties, in property law matters, and in the targeted negotiation and efficient structuring of commercial lease agreements and addenda for office, storage, logistics, and production spaces.
